Cloudtbeauty EGF Cooling Mask

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Cloudt Beauty is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

During peak periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.

For any shipping enquiries, please contact us with your order number.

At CloudtBeauty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, tested, or had their original seal removed.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order if the item:

• Is unopened and unused

• Is in its original packaging and condition

• Has all seals, labels, and protective packaging intact

• Was purchased directly from cloudtbeauty.com

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetics, masks, beauty tools, and other personal-care products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are defective.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and issue

Once verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. Returns due to change of mind may only be accepted if the product remains completely unopened, unused, and in its original saleable condition within 3 days.

Original delivery fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale, Promotional & Clearance Items

Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, bundle offers, or with promotional discounts are generally considered final sale unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Where a promotional bundle is returned, all items forming part of the bundle may be required to be returned together.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any original shipping fees, transaction fees, or return delivery charges may be excluded from the refund unless the return was caused by an error on our part.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Allergies & Skin Reactions

Everyone's skin is different. Customers are encouraged to review the ingredient list before purchasing and perform a patch test where appropriate.

Individual sensitivities, allergies, or skin reactions do not automatically indicate that a product is defective and are generally not eligible for a refund once the product has been opened or used.

If you experience significant irritation, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate medical advice where necessary.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it.
